Trucillo's Premium Line: The Fruity One
Recently, Trucillo Caffè took their high level of expertise in the art of roasting and passion for coffee to a whole new level. With the introduction of their Premium line, Trucillo launched espresso blends that are qualitatively far beyond what was considered a high standard even in Italy. To guarantee absolutely perfect and flawless processing and roasting, the supervisor of this special project is Matteo Trucillo, son of the founder of Caffè Trucillo.
May we introduce? The most exclusive blend you will ever experience.
Trucillo's 100% Arabica blend combines only the finest beans from the best growing areas in Colombia, Honduras and Kenya. The latter especially contributes to the flavor diversity of this espresso. Because in Kenya, the coffee plants are cultivated at an altitude of over 1500m. There, the UV radiation is very intense and, in addition, the soil in this region consists mainly of clay. These factors ensure a high nutrient supply and accordingly aromatic development of the coffee beans.
After arrival, the washed raw beans are gently refined in a drum roaster. Varietally pure, because each variety brings its own requirements and must be treated separately to achieve the best possible result. In Trucillo's 100% Arabica blend, it is an incomparably delicious espresso with notes of honey, fruits, spices & citrus. The fruitiness is pleasant and not too strong. A perfectly balanced and rounded espresso. So, properly prepared in a portafilter or espresso maker, you are in for a wonderful taste experience.
Espresso International is the only online supplier of this masterful espresso and we are especially proud of that. Otherwise, Trucillo 100% Arabica can only be found in upscale restaurants.
