The Gran Crema of Mamis Caffè is the darkest espresso of the roasting house. Typical Italian roasting in the traditional drum roasting process. The beans are roasted gently and separately. This gives the coffee its slightly fruity and intense aroma. The deep brown color of the beans results from the longer roasting time. A positive side effect is that bitter substances and acids are minimized, but the taste is enhanced.

The delicate interplay between strength, bitterness and fruity notes. Slightly sweet taste with a chocolaty finish. Thick, dense crema combined with an excellent aroma.
